Package No. 10 – disposable bronchoscope in 2 sizes. Package No. 11 – Macintosh blades. Package No. 12 – McCoy blades. Package No. 13 – Macintosh handles + blades. Package No. 14 – endotracheal and tracheostomy tube ties. Package No. 15 – endotracheal tube stabilizer. Package No. 16 – water for humidification. Package No. 17 – endotracheal tube guides.
