Bankowa 9, 40-007 Katowice; Part B: University of Silesia in Katowice, Institute of Earth Sciences, ul. Będzińska 60, 41-200 Sosnowiec; 6) Required minimum warranty period: at least 24 months from the date of signing the acceptance protocol. 7) Changes to the provisions of the concluded Agreement in relation to the content of the offer based on which the Contractor was selected, resulting from the provisions of art. 455 sec. 1 item 1) of the Public Procurement Law, may occur in the circumstances provided for in par. 10 sec. 2 of the contract template (Appendix No. 3 to the Technical Specifications) with tender notice no. 699672-2026 published on 09 Oct 2026.
