Delivery of network switches, licenses, and training vouchers for the Krakow Appellate Courts

Tender Summary

The Court of Appeal in Kraków in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of network switches for the Krakow Appellate Courts together with the delivery of licenses for the network switches management and monitoring system and training vouchers. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the order includes Annex No. 2 to the SWZ – Order Description (OPZ) together with Annexes No. 2.1 to SWZ OPZ- Technical Parameters, and the order execution conditions are contained in the Contract Template, which constitutes Annex No. 8 to the SWZ. This description shall be read together with any possible changes to the SWZ, which may be the result of responses to the contractors' inquiries. 3. All equipment delivered in the course of this order must be covered by a warranty valid for a minimum period of 36 months. 4. The parameters specified in the Order Description are minimum values, and any equipment with parameters better/higher than specified meets the requirements set by the tenderer. 5. The tenderer does not allow partial tender submissions. Justification for the absence of order subdivision: The tenderer has decided not to subdivide the order because the product range covered by the order can be easily implemented in full by a significant number of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the market. Any possible subdivision of the order would not increase the order's accessibility, and thus would not improve competitiveness in the procurement process, especially it would not ensure a greater number of tenders or lower prices for deliveries. This subdivision would therefore not be economically justified, and its non-implementation does not constitute a breach of the principles of fair competition in the procurement process. Taking into account the above, as well as the fact that any possible subdivision of the order could lead to technical difficulties and the need to coordinate actions of different contractors implementing different parts of the order, which could complicate the proper execution of the order, the tenderer considers this subdivision to be irrational. The order is addressed to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The absence of subdivision does not violate the principles set out in Article 16 paragraph 1 of the Pzp Act, i.e., the principles of competitiveness and equal treatment of contractors. with tender notice no. 699260-2026 published on 09 Oct 2026.
