The subject of the order should be delivered to the New Oncological Hospital in Wrocław, ul. Hipokratesa 2, Wrocław, Żerniki district, to room no. 00-MN-54, technical room 00-MN-50, and control room 00-MN-62, hereinafter referred to as the "laboratory," as marked on the plan constituting Appendix No. 13 to the SWZ. 4. The equipment and functionalities, the required warranty period, and the scope of training are described in detail in Appendix No. 1 to the Agreement - "Description of the Subject of the Order" (hereinafter referred to as the DSC). 6. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 1 to the Technical Specifications - Description of the Subject of the Order/Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1, the Product and Price Sheet - Appendix No. 3, and in Appendix No. 8 to the Technical Specifications - Draft Agreement. 7. Justification for not dividing the contract into lots: For technical, organizational, or economic reasons, the current contract forms an inseparable whole, therefore it is indivisible into lots. Therefore, it should be assumed that dividing the contract into lots has no rational and effective justification. 10. Information regarding an on-site visit is not required. The contracting authority, pursuant to art. 134 sec. 2 item 9) of the Act of September 11, 2019, the Public Procurement Law, introduces into the Special Technical Specifications the option of conducting an on-site visit. Conducting a visit is not mandatory, and failure to conduct one does not result in rejection of the offer under art. 226 sec. 1 item 18) of the Public Procurement Law. PLEASE NOTE! The Contracting Authority hereby informs that in this public procurement procedure, it allows contractors from third countries to participate in the contract, with which the European Union is not bound by any international agreement guaranteeing reciprocal and equal access to the public procurement market. If a bid is submitted by a contractor from a third country with which the European Union is not bound by any international agreement guaranteeing reciprocal and equal access to the public procurement market, such bid will not be subject to rejection under Article 226, paragraph 1, item 5 of the Public Procurement Law (i.e., due to non-compliance with the terms of the contract).
