The 28th Military Economic Unit in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of poultry meat, cold cuts made of poultry meat, divided into 6 parts (tasks) in the expected quantities, specified in the price form – Appendix No. 3a to the Technical Specifications: Task 1 – SUPPLY OF POULTRY MEAT GROUP ZABEZCZENIA (GZ) SIEDLCE Task 2 – SUPPLY OF POULTRY MEAT GROUP ZABEZCZENIA (GZ) WARSZAWA – WESOŁA Task 3 – SUPPLY OF POULTRY MEAT KOPYTÓW ZZ LOGISTYK II A Task 4 – SUPPLY OF POULTRY MEAT GROUP ZABEZCZENIA (GZ) SIEDLCE Task 5 – SUPPLY OF POULTRY MEAT GROUP ZABEZCZENIA (GZ) WARSZAWA – WESOŁA Task 6 – SUPPLY OF POULTRY COLD MEATS FROM KOPYTÓW ZZ LOGISTYK II A 2. The requirements and a detailed description of the subject of the order are specified in Appendix No. 1 to the ToR – Description of the Subject of the Order, which will be posted on the website of the conducted procedure https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/28wog. 3. The Contractor is obliged to perform the order on the terms and conditions described in Appendices No. 6, 6A, 6B, 6C, 6D, and 6E to the ToR – draft contract provisions together with appendices. 4. The Ordering Party provides for the right of option in this procedure: The Ordering Party provides for the right of option in accordance with Art. 441 of the Public Procurement Law. Exercise of the option right – depending on the Ordering Party's needs – will consist in increasing the subject of the order in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Order, up to a maximum of 200% of the value of the basic order. The order specified in the optional order will be executed by the Contractor with whom the Agreement for the basic order was concluded, under the terms and at the unit prices specified in the basic order. The Ordering Party will notify the Contractor of the extent to which it will be obligated to execute the order specified in the optional order. The execution of the optional part will be based on the Ordering Party's declaration of intent expressed in a written order. The exercise of the option right to increase the product range will apply under the concluded Agreement for the basic order if it is necessary to ensure the continuity of supply to the food service recipients. The Contractor will be informed of this at least two weeks in advance. The Ordering Party's exercise of the option right is the Ordering Party's right. The Ordering Party's exercise of the option right creates an obligation on the part of the Contractor to execute the optional order. If the Ordering Party does not exercise the option right, the Contractor will not be entitled to any claims in this respect.
