Delivery of rescue and firefighting vehicles with 4x4 and 6x6 drive

The Szadek Commune and City in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for Contract award procedure: the contract is being conducted under an open tender procedure, pursuant to Article 132 of the Public Procurement Law. The Contracting Authority anticipates the reverse order of bid evaluation in accordance with Article 139 of the Public Procurement Law, i.e., the Contracting Authority will first examine and evaluate the bids, and then select the Contractor whose bid received the highest score, in terms of the absence of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure. Article 139, sections 3 and 4 apply accordingly. The subject of the contract is the supply of two rescue and firefighting vehicles (one with a 4x4 drive - part 1 and one with a 6x6 drive - part 2). A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Appendix 8 to the ToR. 3. The Contractor will be obligated to provide a minimum 24-month warranty and guarantee for the supplied equipment. 1. The Ordering Party requests the following evidence together with the offer: a) A detailed description of the subject of the order by completing the Form containing the technical and operational parameters of the equipment – ​​according to Annex No. 8 to the Technical Specifications – separately for each part; b) Manufacturer's declaration of compliance with emission standards or other document confirming this parameter. c) Declaration of compliance with the DNSH principle (according to the Template constituting Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ). The aforementioned evidence must be supplemented in accordance with Art. 107 of the Public Procurement Act. 2. As part of the offer evaluation criterion, the Contractor shall submit the aforementioned evidence in the form of an environmental management system certificate ISO 14001:2015 or equivalent, confirming that the manufacturer of the fire vehicle or the contractor (if they carry out the production process themselves) applies an environmental management system compliant with the requirements of the ISO 14001:2015 standard. The aforementioned evidence does not need to be supplemented – in accordance with Art. 107 sec. 3 of the Public Procurement Act. with tender notice no. 665071-2026 published on 28 Sep 2026.
