Delivery of reusable surgical instruments for USK-2 PUM in Szczecin

The UNIVERSITY CLINICAL HOSPITAL No. 2 PUM IN SZCZECIN in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the order is the supply of reusable surgical instruments for USK-2 in Szczecin. 2. Whenever the term "products" is used hereinafter in these Technical Specifications, this term should be understood as the products described in Appendix No. 2 to these Technical Specifications (unit price form, hereinafter referred to as FCJ) and Appendix No. 2A to these Technical Specifications (required parameters form, hereinafter referred to as FPW). 3. The quantities and detailed description of the products for all tasks are included in Appendix No. 2 to these Technical Specifications (unit price form). For tasks 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, and 9, the Ordering Party has additionally described the specific requirements in Appendix No. 2a to these Technical Specifications (required parameters form). 4. The Ordering Party requires the offering of medical devices – within the meaning of the Act of 7 April 2022 on Medical Devices (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 974, as amended), hereinafter referred to as: "UoWM"), placed on the market and used in the territory of the Republic of Poland in accordance with applicable regulations. 5. The Ordering Party requires that the offered reusable surgical instruments be brand new, unused, and manufactured no earlier than 2026. 6. For all tasks, the Ordering Party requires that the delivered products have a warranty period of no less than 24 months (no longer than 48 months), counted from the date of their delivery to the Ordering Partys headquarters. The warranty period is one of the criteria for the evaluation of offers. For tasks 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, and 9, the Ordering Party has described the requirements in this regard in detail in the FPW. 7. The order consists of 14 tasks. 8. Pursuant to Article 30, Section 2 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party awards the contract in lots, each of which is the subject of a separate procedure. 9. Variant offers or those covering only some of the items in the task are not permitted. 10. The Ordering Party requires the subject of the order to be completed within the period of: a) 12 months for tasks 1-8; b) 3 months for tasks 9-14. 11. The deadline for completing a partial order is: a minimum of 7 and a maximum of 45 calendar days, counted from the first business day following the date of placing the order by phone or email.
