The technical parameters provided in the appendices should be treated as a template that meets the minimum requirements. The components proposed by the Contractors cannot have parameters worse than those provided as a sample. 3.5. The Ordering Party allows the subject of the order to be offered in packaging containing a different quantity of the subject of the order than suggested in the pricing form tables, with the quantity being recalculated. 3.6.
