Delivery of teaching aids to two preschool education centers as part of the project "A fairy-tale preschool - improving access to high-quality preschool education for children from Kindergarten No. 112 and Kindergarten No. 41 in Poznań"

Description of the subject of the contract: 1) The subject of the contract is the provision of teaching aids necessary for the implementation of fairy tale therapy, art therapy, speech rhythmics, nature studies, and sensory integration therapy classes in two preschool education centers as part of the "Fairytale Kindergarten – improving access to high-quality preschool education for children from Kindergarten No. 112 and Kindergarten No. 41 in Poznań" project, co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) under the European Funds for Wielkopolska 2021-2027 Programme (FEW), divided into two lots. 2) A detailed description of the subject of the contract for a given lot can be found in Appendices No. 1.I and 1.II to the contract – Description of the subject of the contract. 3) The supplied teaching aids must be brand new, unused, undamaged, not encumbered by third-party rights, and of high quality. 4) A detailed description of the conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract is specified in the contract template, constituting Appendix No. 10 to the Technical Specifications. 5) The Contractor is required to provide, with respect to Part II of the order, a minimum 12-month warranty period for the delivered teaching aids listed in Appendix No. 1.II to the contract – Description of the Subject Matter of the Order, with a "door to door" option (all service costs are covered by the Contractor), with a maximum time for removing the defect or fault specified as 10 business days from the date of notification. The warranty period constitutes a criterion for evaluating offers for Part II of the order, in accordance with point XI. 2. 2) of the ToR. II. Evidence: 1) To confirm that the offered supplies meet all the requirements specified by the Ordering Party in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Order, the Ordering Party requires the submission of a Declaration of Conformity, constituting Appendix No. 6 to the ToR, together with the offer. 2) If the Contractor fails to submit the evidence referred to above, or the evidence submitted is incomplete, the Ordering Party will request its submission or supplementation within a specified time limit. III. Place of execution of the contract (as appropriate for a given part, as referred to in the Description of the subject of the contract – appendix no. 1.I./1.II to the contract): 1) Kindergarten no. 112 “Mali Przyrodnicy”, ul. Osinowa 14A, 61-451 Poznań, 2) Kindergarten no. 41 “Wesoła Stacyjka”, ul. Łozowa 77, 61-448 Poznań. IV. The Ordering Party does not envisage awarding contracts referred to in art. 214 sec. 1 item 8 of the Act. V. The Ordering Party does not require a security for proper performance of the contract. VI. The Ordering Party envisages the possibility of making changes to the provisions of the concluded contract, referred to in art. 455 sec. 1 item 1 of the Act, under the conditions specified in § 7 of the model contract. with tender notice no. 683262-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
