Intended use of the cars trucks and their operating conditions: a) Trucks will be intended for: to examine persons applying for a category "C" driving license in accordance with the Regulation Minister of Infrastructure and Construction of February 25, 2016 on examination people applying for driving licenses, training and examinations and obtaining qualifications by examiners and document templates used in these matters, and to train drivers performing road transport in accordance with the Notice Minister of Infrastructure and Construction of December 30, 2016 regarding the announcement uniform text of the regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure on driver training performing road transport. b) the vehicle will be operated in accordance with its purpose in the Polish climate zone. Formal requirements; a) Cars trucks must meet the requirements specified in the Road Traffic Law of June 20, 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2005, No. 108, item 908, as amended) and in the Minister's Notice Infrastructure and Construction of October 27, 2016 regarding the uniform announcement text of the regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment and in the Notice of the Minister of Infrastructure i Construction of December 30, 2016 on the announcement of the uniform text of the Regulation Minister of Infrastructure on the training of drivers performing road transport. b) Trucks must meet the technical conditions applicable in the Republic of Poland Poland, confirmed by an extract from the approval certificate delivered with the cars.
