Delivery of two "C" type medical ambulances with four-wheel drive, medical equipment and medical superstructure

The INDEPENDENT PUBLIC PROVINCIAL EMERGENCY SERVICE STATION IN GORZÓW WLKP. in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of two type "C" ambulances with four-wheel drive, with medical equipment and bodywork, compliant with applicable regulations and the Ordering Partys requirements, intended for the implementation of civil protection and civil defense tasks for the Independent Public Provincial Emergency Medical Service Station in Gorzów Wielkopolski. 2. The description of the subject of the order, which includes the minimum requirements for the base vehicle, adaptation to an ambulance, medical compartment equipment, and medical equipment, is specified in Appendix No. 3 to the Technical Specifications, which is an integral part of the Terms of Reference. 3. Requirements regarding the subject of the order: 3.1. The Ordering Party requires the submission of two brand new type "C" medical ambulances, manufactured no earlier than 2025, with a medical body and medical equipment meeting the requirements of the Polish Standard PN-EN 1789+A1 and the Standard PN-EN 1865. The Ordering Party accepts equivalent standards. 3.2. The delivered ambulances and medical equipment must be brand new and unused, free from defects, design errors, workmanship and other technical defects that could become apparent during its use, and not encumbered with the rights of third parties and not subject to any proceedings (including administrative, tax, criminal) or security. 3.3. The offered ambulances must meet the requirements of: a) the Act of 20 June 1997 - Road Traffic Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended); b) Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 502); c) Regulation of the Minister of Health of December 3, 2025 on the marking of the State Emergency Medical Service system and requirements regarding uniforms for members of medical rescue teams; d) Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of August 31, 2022 on detailed activities of authorities in matters related to vehicle approval for road traffic and templates of documents in these matters, and Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of June 20, 2023 amending the regulation on detailed activities of authorities in matters related to vehicle approval for road traffic and templates of documents in these matters; e) they must have a certificate of approval for a completed vehicle (base vehicle with medical equipment), issued in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of August 2, 2023, on type approval of vehicles. The approval of the offered ambulance must enable registration in Poland. 3.4. The offered equipment (in the scope of medical equipment) must be admitted to trading in accordance with the provisions of: a) the Act of April 7, 2022, on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620, as amended),b) Regulation (EU) 2017/745 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 April 2017 on medical devices, amending Directive 2001/83/EC, Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 and Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 and repealing Council Directives 90/385/EEC and 93/42/EEC. The selected Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with documents authorizing the subject of the contract to be placed on the market upon delivery. 3.5. The minimum requirements for equipping the ambulance with antennas and the antenna installation of the Lubuskie Voivodeship Office are contained in Appendix No. 10 to the SWZ. 3.6. If applicable - the Ordering Party requires that after delivery of the subject of the order and registration of the medical vehicle by the Ordering Party - the Contractor, at its own expense: a) within 3 days of registering the vehicle, collect it from the Ordering Party for the factory dismantling of the speed limiter, b) deliver the vehicle with the speed limiter removed to the Ordering Party within 7 days of the date of vehicle collection. 3.7. if applicable - the Ordering Party requires that the offered service, including all ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes used to perform the order, both as main elements and components, elements of the service provision environment or accompanying solutions, does not include: a) ICT products, ICT services or ICT processes indicated in the recommendation referred to in art. 33 sec. 4 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, stating their negative impact on the fundamental interest of state security; b) an ICT product the type of which was specified in the decision on recognizing the supplier as a high-risk supplier referred to in art. 67b sec. 15 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, nor the ICT services or ICT processes specified in this decision.referred to in Art. 33 sec. 4 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, stating their negative impact on the fundamental interest of state security; b) an ICT product, the type of which was specified in the decision on recognizing the supplier as a high-risk supplier, referred to in Art. 67b sec. 15 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, or ICT services or ICT processes specified in that decision.referred to in Art. 33 sec. 4 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, stating their negative impact on the fundamental interest of state security; b) an ICT product, the type of which was specified in the decision on recognizing the supplier as a high-risk supplier, referred to in Art. 67b sec. 15 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, or ICT services or ICT processes specified in that decision. with tender notice no. 699245-2026 published on 09 Oct 2026.
