Ordering Party also requires full implementation, installation, configuration and integration provided medical equipment with the Ordering Partys IT systems as well as delivery, as part of the contractual remuneration, appropriate licenses, if necessary for proper operation transmitting data from the indicated device to the specialized systems at its disposal Purchaser. The Ordering Party has the following specialized systems: -PACS Impax 6.6.1.3505 by AGFA Sp. z o. o. -HIS AMMS v. 6/02/02/50-rMANUAL by Asseco Sp. z o. o. The mentioned software allows you to keep medical records in accordance with the requirements contained in the Regulation of the Minister of Health of November 9 2015 on the types, scope and patterns of medical documentation and the method of its preparation processing (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 2069)..
