Subject of the order. 1.1 The subject of the order is the sale and delivery by the Contractor, for a fee, of a support system for visiting the "Wieliczka" Salt Mine using audio guide devices, including: 1) 200 transmitters, 2) 500 microphones for guides, 3) 4,000 receivers for visitors, enabling the connection of disposable headphones and reusable headphones via a "mini jack" connector, 4) a set of devices enabling the simultaneous charging of all receivers, 5) a set of devices enabling the simultaneous disinfection of all receivers and lanyards and no less than 4,000 reusable headphones, 6) batteries for all devices, 7) lanyards for all devices. 1.2 The subject of the order should meet at least the requirements indicated in the description of the subject of the order, constituting Annex No. 1 to the contract template, and be consistent with the Contractor's offer submitted as part of the tender procedure. 1.3 The delivered subject of the order should meet the requirements resulting from generally applicable provisions of law. 2. Method of preparing the delivery. 2.1 The Contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the order in one go. 2.2 The Contractor is obliged to notify the Ordering Party about the preparation of the delivery of the subject of the order by e-mail, no later than 1 business day before the planned delivery date. 2.3 The place of delivery of the subject of the contract is Kopalnia Soli "Wieliczka" SA, 32 - 020 Wieliczka, Park Kingi 1, on business days, from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. 2.4 The Contractor is obliged to deliver and unload the subject of the order on its own. 2.5 Together with the subject of the order, the Contractor should provide: 1) proof of release of goods outside (WZ), 2) EC declaration of conformity, 3) operating instructions for the delivered devices in Polish, 4) warranty documents, 5) a document confirming granting the Ordering Party a non-exclusive license for the software of transmitters and receivers, covering the fields of operation necessary to use the devices in accordance with their intended use resulting from the contract; the license should be granted for an indefinite period. 2.6 Ownership of the delivered devices shall pass to the Ordering Party upon their receipt.
