Government Program of the Polish Deal Fund: Strategic Investment Program The order consists of: 1) performing design work together with obtaining the necessary opinions, agreements, preparing materials for submitting an application in order to obtain a permit from the competent authority to commence construction works and obtaining other administrative decisions necessary to implement the investment task in question based on the Functional and Utility Program (FUP) and relevant legal provisions, 2) obtaining a final or enforceable decision on the permit for the implementation of a road investment, hereinafter referred to as ZRID, based on a separate power of attorney granted by the road administrator to a person indicated by the contractor, 3) performing construction works on the task in question based on the design documentation developed by the Contractor, the Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (STWiORB) and relevant legal provisions, 4) exercising author's supervision during the implementation of construction works until the expiry of the warranty for defects in construction works.
