Design and build construction works – as part of the project “Construction of new renewable energy and biofertilizer production facilities”

The Geotrans Eco Hub Sp. z o.o. in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for "Design and build" construction works - as part of the project "Construction of new facilities for the production of renewable energy and biofertilizers. Detailed additional requirements for the execution of the subject of the contract by the Contractor: a) When planning and executing the subject of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to take into account the specific nature of construction works in the field. Due to the interconnection of individual construction tasks, their proximity and the need to take into account their impact zones and the joint development of the development and management conditions, in particular the comprehensive determination of fire protection conditions for new facilities, and taking into account the possibility of conflicts between the individual elements of the contract in question, the Ordering Party decided to commission the design and construction under one contract; b) The Ordering Party expects the preparation of a construction design, obtaining a building permit for all the above-mentioned tasks and obtaining an occupancy permit, as well as preparing an application for an integrated permit for the project; c) When designing the facilities implemented under the contract in question, the Contractor must analyze the existing buildings (vacant buildings) in the project area - the Ordering Party has a permit for demolition and tree planting - the Contractor will be obliged to obtain an appropriate permit for the removal of trees that will interfere with the planned project. This must be taken into account at the construction design stage; d) Construction works will be carried out in accordance with the Work Schedule approved by the Ordering Party. The Schedule must take into account the need to stage the works in a manner that ensures the continuity of the entire investment, along with restrictions resulting from the preparation of technical documentation approved by the competent authority. Any technological interruptions resulting from weather conditions or technology requirements for the execution of works and works; e) The Contractor is obligated to organize the Construction Site and conduct construction works in a manner that ensures safety and enables the uninterrupted operation of adjacent properties. with tender notice no. 701260-2026 published on 12 Oct 2026.
