A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in: 1) Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ entitled Functional-Utility Program (hereinafter referred to as the FUP), which was developed for tasks implemented by both the Zakroczym Commune and other Project Partners, 2) Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ entitled Description of the subject of the contract developed on the basis of the FUP for the task carried out only by the Zakroczym Commune in this procedure (hereinafter referred to as the OPZ). 4. The investment will be carried out within the administrative area of ​​the Mazowieckie Voivodeship, in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki County, in the Zakroczym Commune, on cadastral plot no. 10/18 within 0008 Military Training Area, adjacent to a road owned by the Zakroczym Commune. 5. The detailed scope and manner of performing the subject of the contract are specified in the Draft provisions of the agreement, constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. 6. The subject of the Agreement is being performed in two stages: 1) Stage I – development of design documentation; 2) Stage II – execution of construction works. 7. The scope of the contract includes in particular: 1) conducting site reconnaissance, geodetic measurements, inventory and required subsoil tests; 2) obtaining a map for design purposes and data from the geodetic resource; 3) development of a concept and complete multi-discipline design documentation; 4) obtaining all required arrangements, opinions, technical conditions, consents, decisions and permits; 5) developing and approving temporary and permanent traffic organization; 6) exercising authorial supervision throughout the entire period of works implementation; 7) carrying out preparatory, demolition and earthworks; 8) constructing the structure and surface of the pedestrian and bicycle path, pedestrian path and bicycle parking lot; 9) constructing edges, curbs, drainage elements and site security; 10) constructing cable LED lighting with power supply and control,grounding and measurements; 11) installation of vertical and horizontal signage and traffic safety devices, if required; 12) delivery and installation of a bicycle repair station, inverted "U" racks, and a rest shelter; 13) restoration of adjacent areas, topsoiling, seeding, and landscaping; 14) performance of tests, trials, as-built documentation, and a as-built geodetic inventory; 15) obtaining documents on behalf of the Ordering Party enabling the legal use of the facility, if required; 16) as well as temporary and accompanying works, supplies, services, fees, agreements, and activities the need for which can be foreseen based on the FUP, annexes, site inspection, professional knowledge, and applicable regulations, even if not separately listed. 8. The contractor with whom the contract is concluded is obliged to prepare a material and financial schedule and submit it to the Ordering Party for approval within 5 business days of the date of conclusion of the contract. 9. The Contractor is responsible for the proper execution of the design documentation and the quality of the work performed and the materials used. 10. The work must be performed in accordance with applicable regulations (in particular the Building Law, occupational health and safety, fire protection, and industry regulations), as well as in accordance with the principles of technical knowledge, as well as with due diligence, maintaining proper work organization, and ensuring good quality. 11. Materials used by the Contractor during the execution of the subject of the contract must be brand new and meet, in terms of quality, the requirements for products approved for sale and use in construction, in accordance with Art. 10 of the Building Law, as well as the quality and species requirements specified in the DSC and the Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works. The Contractor shall submit documents confirming the requirements to the Ordering Party prior to their installation, under penalty of ordering the demolition of the completed work and dismantling of the installed materials at the Contractor's expense. 12. All materials, products, and equipment used must have current documents (certificates, approvals, and declarations of conformity) authorizing their use in construction, in accordance with applicable regulations. 13. The required warranty period for the developed design documentation, completed construction work, materials supplied and installed, and equipment supplied and installed by the Contractor is a minimum of 5 years from the date of signing the final, fault-free acceptance protocol. The Contractor will provide a warranty for defects for a period no shorter than the warranty period. Offering an extended warranty period beyond the required period will receive additional points, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter XXII of the Technical Specifications. 14. The Contractor is obligated to complete the subject of the contract within a maximum of 13 months from the date of conclusion of the contract, including completion of design work within a maximum of 8 months from the date of conclusion of the contract. with tender notice no. 681980-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
