Design and construction of the S12 expressway, section Wieniawa junction (without junction) - Radom Południe junction (with junction)

The General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for The contract covers in particular: 1) Design and construction of the S12 expressway on the section from the Wieniawa junction (without the junction) to the Radom Południe junction (with the junction) on the section from approximately km 29+107 (in accordance with the chainage of the decision on environmental conditions of January 10, 2023, reference number DOOŚ-WDŚOO.420.78.2021.KN.25) to approximately km 1+080 (in accordance with the chainage of the decision on environmental conditions of November 19, 2024, reference number WOOŚ-II.420.70.2021.MBR.83) to the plot boundary of the municipal road DG3506603W with a cross-section of 2 carriageways with two traffic lanes and an emergency lane, together with engineering structures, accompanying infrastructure and traffic safety devices, i.e. development of design documentation , technical and as-built works based on the requirements of the Ordering Party included in the Specification of Technical Specifications, 2) obtaining on behalf and on behalf of the Ordering Party all legally required opinions, arrangements, permits, approvals, administrative decisions necessary to design and implement the investment and an occupancy permit, 3) carrying out works on the section from the Wieniawa junction (without the junction) from km 29+107 to approximately km 1+080 together with the Radom Południe road junction at the intersection with the existing S7 expressway and the provincial road, where in particular the following construction works should be designed and carried out: a) construction of an expressway, b) reconstruction of existing roads in the scope of conflicts with the expressway, construction of roads other than the expressway in order to restore damaged road connections and provide access to properties, construction of additional roadways, c) infrastructure for pedestrians and cyclists, d) emergency crossings and exits, entrances and emergency exits to the motorway, e) service lanes, f) engineering structures along the road expressway and along the roads intersecting with the expressway, g) land drainage system, including road structure drainage devices: road ditches, storm water drainage, pre-treatment devices, retention reservoirs and others, h) environmental protection devices, in particular: acoustic protection, animal crossings, ecological culverts with protective and guiding fencing, motorway fencing, greenery, anti-glare screens, i) infrastructure for facilities on the motorway, including: power supply and lighting networks, water supply networks, sewage treatment networks and devices, storm water drainage with pre-treatment devices and others, j) reconstruction of conflicting devices and networks of the existing underground and above-ground infrastructure: telecommunications and power devices, water supply networks, storm water drainage and sewage disposal systems, gas networks, land improvement and hydrological devices and others, k) demolition of facilities colliding with the investment, including the demolition of residential, farm and livestock buildings and infrastructure accompanying, l) demolition of existing surfaces, including: roadways, sidewalks, m) telecommunications network for the needs of the Ordering Party,n) road lighting, o) traffic organization, including road safety devices, temporary traffic organization, p) Traffic Management System, q) cleaning and unblocking existing land improvement devices and receivers to effectively drain water from the road, r) all Works resulting from the need to connect the section to the existing communication system together with its possible reconstruction and change of traffic organization resulting from the adopted solutions, including those resulting from the need to merge with the adjacent section of the expressway at the Wieniawa junction and construction of the Radom Południe road junction at the connection with the existing S7 expressway and the provincial road, s) strengthening the ground and ensuring the stability of the slopes of excavations and embankments to the extent adapted to the ground and water conditions, t) any other works that prove necessary to design and implement the investment. The Ordering Party reserves the right to personally perform key tasks by the Contractor, i.e., the main route pavement, including its fabrication and installation, and the construction of the remaining pavement layers above the subsoil (excavation) or fill (embankment), excluding the supply of materials and services. With respect to key tasks reserved for personal performance by the Contractor, the Contractor may not rely on the capacity of the entity providing the resources, under the terms of Article 118, Section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, to demonstrate compliance with the relevant conditions for participation in the procedure.
