Design and execution of construction works for the construction of a complete module for preparing biodegradable waste for the co-fermentation process in the WKF at WOŚ

The Municipal Water and Sewage Company Joint-Stock Company in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the contract is the design and execution of construction works for the construction of a complete biodegradable waste preparation module for the co-fermentation process at the WKF at the WOŚ, including: 1.1. The scope of design work includes in particular: 1) development of a preliminary design, 2) development of a construction design along with obtaining all required administrative decisions, approvals and opinions, including the final building permit, 3) development of a technical design, 4) development of detailed designs, 5) development of a commissioning design, 6) development of a settlement cost estimate. 1.2. The scope of construction works includes in particular the construction of: 1) a biodegradable waste preparation building, 2) tanks for receiving and preparing biodegradable waste, 3) a buffer tank for post-pasteurized waste, 4) a malodorous air filter, 5) a truck scale, 6) installations constituting the equipment of the facilities, in particular: a) a waste transport installation, b) a system for emptying waste barrels, c) a system for emptying waste pallet containers, d) a suction hose with a basket installation, e) a system for washing/rinsing equipment, fittings and pipelines with hot water under pressure, f) a system for washing/rinsing equipment, fittings and pipelines with cold water under pressure, g) a system for dosing chemicals for dissolving grease, h) a water supply system, i) a process water system, j) a plant sanitary and storm sewerage system, k) a process heat system using energy from cogeneration and a reserve installation, l) general electrical installations, including, among others, power supplies, external, internal, emergency lighting, etc. m) CCTV, intrusion breaker and access control (SKD) installations, n) fire protection switch installation, o) monitoring installation, 7) technological electrical installations and automation and I&C, 8) expansion of the existing SYNDIS RV energy visualization system, 9) expansion of the existing EcoStruxure v. 3.2. SCADA system, 10) complete internal road and maneuvering area systems, together with their connection to the existing communication system, 11) other facilities, devices and installations necessary for the proper implementation of the subject of the Agreement. 1.3. The scope of construction works also includes the execution of all temporary and accompanying works as well as supplies and services necessary to achieve the investment objective and its proper functioning, even if they are not expressly indicated in section 3 of this paragraph. 1.4. As part of the performance of the subject matter of the Contract, the Contractor is also obligated to: 1) obtain an occupancy permit; 2) perform authorial supervision; 3) ensure archaeological and sapper supervision – to the extent required by law or the conditions of work execution. 2.
