Z OO in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the contract is the design, construction, commissioning, and commissioning of a Municipal Waste Thermal Treatment Plant with High-Efficiency Energy Recovery (WTP) in Wysokie Mazowieckie. The scope and purpose of the project are described in detail in Appendix 1 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Contract – Functional-Utility Program. The contract will be implemented on a turnkey (design and build) basis. The subject of the contract includes in particular the preparation of: 1) Design, construction, technological and installation documentation, along with obtaining decisions and approvals enabling the comprehensive execution of construction works, 2) Delivery of the necessary equipment and materials, 3) Preparatory works, 4) Construction works in the scope of buildings, structures, access roads, maneuvering areas, fire roads and connections with external facilities as well as networks and installations of technological, sanitary, power supply, electrical power, I&C, CCTV, and fire protection systems, 5) Necessary dismantling, demolition and removal of existing conflicts, 6) Installation of equipment of technological, sanitary, power supply, electrical power, I&C, IT, CCTV, and fire protection systems, 7) Commissioning and carrying out the start-up, trial, adjustment and warranty run, 8) Obtaining all necessary decisions, certificates, permits, approvals and concessions in order to hand over the facility for use and commissioning, 9) As-built documentation, operating instructions, job instructions, start-up documentation, trial and test instructions, trial and adjustment run plan, 10) Crew and service training based on previously prepared training materials, 11) Warranty obligations and provision of service during the warranty period and ensuring the supply of consumables and spare parts, 12) provision of technical assistance during the first 12 months of operation with tender notice no. 690838-2026 published on 09 Oct 2026.
