Design, construction and reconstruction of national road no. 60 on the Gostynin-Płock section, divided into two sections: Section 1. The General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for The order includes in particular: 1. designing, based on the requirements contained in the SWZ, a class G single-carriageway road on the section from Gostynin to Płock along national road No. 60, from approx. km 52+357 to approx. km 55+737 and from approx. km 59+011 to approx. km 61+900, and building the Łącko bypass, divided into 2 sections. 2. Preparation of technical documentation enabling the implementation of works on the indicated sections of the above-mentioned road. 3. Obtaining, on behalf of and for the benefit of the Ordering Party, all legally required opinions, arrangements, permits, approvals and decisions necessary to design and implement the investment. 4. Construction of the above-mentioned road together with engineering structures and accompanying infrastructure. 5. Preparation of as-built documentation meeting the requirements of the relevant regulations. 6. Obtaining administrative decisions for the use of the investment. For the investment, the following construction works should be designed and carried out in particular: 1. Extension of national road No. 60 in km from approx. km 52+357 to approx. km 55+737 and from approx. km 59+011 to approx. km 61+900 – Section 1., 2. Construction of the Łącko Bypass along national road No. 60 in km from approx. 55+737 to approx. 59+011 – Section 2., 3. Construction of roads other than the roads above (serving areas adjacent to the investment, restoring damaged road connections, access to technical facilities), 4. Construction or reconstruction of infrastructure for pedestrians and cyclists; 5. Construction of hardening of areas for maintenance purposes; 6. Construction of engineering structures; 7. Construction of a land drainage system, including road structure drainage devices: road ditches, stormwater drainage, pre-treatment devices, retention reservoirs, etc.; 8. Construction of environmental protection devices: acoustic barriers, animal crossings, ecological culverts with protective and guiding fencing, greenery; 9. Construction of infrastructure for the needs of facilities along the expressway located along the road above, including: power supply and lighting networks, water supply networks, sanitary sewage treatment networks and devices, stormwater drainage with pre-treatment devices, etc.; 10. Reconstruction of conflicting devices and networks of the existing infrastructure: telecommunications and power devices, water supply networks, stormwater and sanitary drainage systems, gas networks, land improvement and hydrological devices, railway devices and other; 11. Construction of road lighting; 12. Traffic organization (horizontal and vertical markings with equipment), road safety devices, including traffic lights; 13. Strengthening the soil to obtain appropriate conditions for the foundation of roads and engineering structures and the body of high embankments along with surface reinforcement of slopes; 14. Cleaning and unblocking of existing drainage facilities and receivers to effectively drain water from the road; 15. Complete reclamation of the areas occupied by technical and social facilities, Construction Site;service roads and any other areas transformed by the Contractor; 16. Restoring public roads used by the Contractor during construction to a condition no worse than before construction commenced. 17. Any works resulting from the need to connect the section to the existing communication system, along with its possible reconstruction and changes to traffic organization resulting from the adopted solutions; 18. Any works related to the reconstruction and demolition of elements colliding with the investment; 19. Development of the area with greenery; 20.
