The Aleksandrów Łódzki Commune in Poland from Europe region had released this tender for 1. The subject of the contract is the design, delivery and installation of a photovoltaic panel installation as part of the implementation of the project entitled: “Construction of a photovoltaic panel installation for public buildings in the Aleksandrów Łódzki Commune”. 2. The subject of the contract includes in particular: 1) preparation of design documentation, 2) obtaining the necessary opinions, consents, expert opinions, arrangements and permits and making the notifications required by law, 3) delivery of photovoltaic panels, hybrid inverters, energy storage units, energy meters and other devices and elements necessary for the implementation of the subject of the contract,4) performing construction and assembly work, 5) commissioning the system, 6) providing access to a mobile/computer-based application for monitoring the system, 7) training system users in its operation and maintenance, 8) reporting the installation to the local DSO and the State Fire Service, 9) performing free technical inspections of completed photovoltaic systems during the warranty period, 10) preparing documentation confirming the achievement of product and result indicators. 4. The detailed scope and method of implementation of the subject of the contract are specified in the Functional-Utility Program for the project entitled: "Construction of a photovoltaic panel system for public buildings in the Aleksandrów Łódzki Commune" and its appendices (constituting Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ). 5. The subject of the contract is co-financed by the European Union under the regional program European Funds for Lodz 2021-2027, Measure FELD.02.06 Renewable energy sources – ZIT Lodz Metropolitan Area, Priority FELD.02 European funds for green Lodz, Agreement No. FELD.02.06-IZ.00-0011/25-00. In connection with the above, the implementation of the subject of the contract is to deliver the project objective achievement indicators assumed in the co-financing agreement, and consequently the summary product indicators and result indicators described in point II.7 of the SWZ. 6. The Contractor is obliged to perform the subject of the order in a manner ensuring the achievement of the following indicators: 1) product indicators in the form of: a) additional capacity to generate electricity from renewable energy sources, target value - 0.4900 MW, b) number of built units generating electricity from renewable energy sources, target value - 9 pcs., c) number of built units generating electricity using solar energy, target value - 9 pcs., d) capacity of electricity storage facilities, target value - min. 0.79 MWh, e) number of built electricity storage facilities, target value - 9 pcs., whereas the achievement of the indicators indicated in point 1) letter ae above will be verified on the basis of the Final Acceptance Protocol for the performed works. 2) result indicator in the form of: a) the amount of electricity generated from renewable energy sources, the target value to be achieved after 12, 24, 36, 48, 60 months from the date of final acceptance of the subject of the contract is 440.00 MWh/year, while the achievement of the target indicated in point 2) above will be verified on the basis of reports and printouts from the electricity generated measurement meters submitted by the Contractor after 12, 24, 36, 48, 60 months from the date of final acceptance of the subject of the contract. 8. The Ordering Party requires that the warranty period for the completed construction works and used/delivered materials/equipment, provided by the Contractor, is 60 months, counting from the date of final acceptance of the subject of the contract.5) commissioning the installation, 6) providing access to applications for monitoring the operation of the installation, available on phone/computer, 7) training users in its operation and maintenance, 8) reporting the installation to the local DSO and the State Fire Service, 9) performing free technical inspections of constructed photovoltaic installations during the warranty period, 10) preparing documentation confirming the achievement of product and result indicators. 4.
