The entire subject of the Order covers the execution of the following elements: 1) Design documentation, including: a) development of the detailed design, b) development of as-built documentation, including as-built geodetic documentation, 2) and works in the scopes described in the OPZ and FFU: a) surface and track substructure, b) drainage and hydrotechnical works, c) external networks, d) roads, e) railway traffic control devices (SRC), f) telecommunications devices and systems, g) traction network and power supply and control system, h) non-traction line (LPN); i) electrical power equipment and systems up to 1 kV, j) engineering structures along with associated works, including railway tunnels, k) platforms, passenger service facilities, and enclosed structures, l) passages and crossings, m) geological and geotechnical works, n) works related to the construction of small-scale architectural elements, o) tree and shrub removal and environmental works, p) any other works necessary to complete the task in accordance with applicable regulations. 3) works involving the construction of environmental protection facilities. 4) conducting the conformity assessment process for structural subsystems within the scope of the contract at each stage (design, construction, and final subsystem testing) and providing the relevant EC declarations of verification and EC verification certificates for the subsystems. The interface option covers cooperation with other contractors carrying out construction works or deliveries for the Ordering Party, which require interconnection with the rail traffic control devices installed as part of this task. This cooperation will be carried out through the Ordering Party and/or the Engineer. The Ordering Party anticipates that the scope of work carried out under other Contracts will necessitate, among others, changes in the scope of interfaces (i.e. implementation of the Interface Option under this task). The detailed scope of the Interface Option is specified in Chapter No. 5 of VOLUME IV – FUP entitled: "Expected changes in the scope of interfaces", which apply to the railway traffic control devices planned to be installed under this order. 2. A detailed description of the Subject Matter of the Order is presented in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Order constituting Volume III of this ToR and the Functional-Utility Program (FUP) constituting Volume IV of this ToR. 3. The Ordering Party anticipates awarding the contracts referred to in Article 388 item 2) letter c) of the Act. Scope of the contracts,referred to in Article 388 point 2) letter c) of the Act and the conditions under which they will be granted are specified in the OPZ and PFU. A similar contract may be awarded under the single-source procurement procedure, after prior negotiations with the Contractor, in particular with regard to the terms of the contract, including price, completion date, guarantee/warranty period, and will consist in repeating similar detailed designs for the railway traffic control industry and comprehensive construction works consistent with the subject of the contract, in particular in the following scopes: a) dismantling and liquidation of railway infrastructure in poor technical condition, devastated, unused buildings and elements colliding with the design solutions, b) execution of construction works covering the track industry with drainage, engineering facilities (including tunnels) together with the execution of hydrotechnical works in their vicinity, roads, power engineering, traction network, traction power supply, telecommunications, passenger service facilities and buildings together with surface drainage of the area, sanitary industry, railway traffic control industry, c) removal of conflicts with the networks of various operators. with tender notice no. 689943-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
