The Gdańsk City Development Directorate acting on behalf of and for the benefit of the Municipality of the City of Gdańsk in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. Marynarki Polskiej, c) Construction of an engineering structure over the Warzywod II stream, d) Construction of a road drainage system and retention facilities as well as a rainwater pumping station with a surge tank, e) Liquidation of part of the Family Allotment Gardens named after the Defenders of Westerplatte, f) Carrying out soil tests for the presence of pollutants, g) Construction of street lighting and possible dismantling of any existing lighting, h) Removal of possible conflicts with existing underground and above-ground utilities or securing them, i) Solving other issues and problems that will arise during the design process, including the technical conditions of the network administrators and the required agreements, j) Preparation and approval of a greenery design and greenery protection design, showing valuable specimens of trees and shrubs, together with recommendations and guidelines aimed at the greatest possible preservation of greenery during the investment process, k) Preparation and approval of a greenery inventory and stand management plan with the Gdańsk Greenery Management Board, l) In the case of felling trees and shrubs, a project should be developed. replacement plantings and agree it – the type of plantings and their location – with the Road Manager, m) Preparation of applications and obtaining decisions – permits to conduct construction works and permits to conduct archaeological research from the Pomeranian Voivodeship Conservator of Monuments (if required), n) Preparation of applications and obtaining decisions – water law permits, o) Preparation of the necessary materials and obtaining the necessary administrative decisions, including building permits (ZRID), or submitting notifications allowing for the conduct of construction works. p) Identification of entities whose opinions will be necessary to obtain a ZRID decision. B. Stage II western section: a) Construction of Nowa Wyzwolenia Street on the western section in accordance with the attached design guidelines and planning documentation, b) Construction of a road drainage system and retention facilities as well as a rainwater pumping station with a surge tank, c) Liquidation of part of the Family Allotment Gardens named after the Heroes of Monte Cassino Family Allotment Gardens, d) Carrying out soil tests for the presence of contamination, e) Construction of street lighting and possible dismantling of any existing lighting,f) Removing any potential conflicts with existing underground and above-ground utilities or securing them, g) Resolving other issues and problems that arise during the design process, including the technical conditions of network administrators and required agreements, h) Preparing and agreeing on a greenery design and greenery protection design, showing valuable tree and shrub specimens, along with recommendations and guidelines aimed at preserving greenery as much as possible during the investment process, i) Preparing and agreeing on a greenery inventory and stand management plan with the Gdańsk Greenery Management Board, j) In the case of cutting down trees and shrubs, a replacement planting plan should be developed and agreed on – the type of plantings and their location – with the Road Manager, k) Preparing applications and obtaining decisions – permits for construction works and permits for archaeological research from the Pomeranian Voivodeship Conservator of Monuments (if required), l) Preparing applications and obtaining decisions – water permits, m) Preparing the necessary materials and obtaining the necessary administrative decisions, including building permits. (ZRID), or submitting notifications allowing for construction works to be carried out. n) Identification of entities whose opinions will be necessary to obtain a ZRID decision. 2) Scope No. 2 - OPTION, includes: Preparation of a draft remediation plan (in the event of contamination occurrence) and approval (determination) of the remediation plan by the Regional Directorate for Environmental Protection for Stage I and Stage II. 3. Option and conditions for its use. 3.1. Based on art. 441 of the Act of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of using the option under the following conditions. 3.2 Type and value of the option. 1) The option covers the implementation of Scope No. 2 of the order. 2) Option value - according to the Contractors offer. 3.3. Circumstances for using the option. 1) Implementation of the order within Scope No. 2 (OPTION) will only occur if the Ordering Party submits an instruction to commence Scope No. 2. The Ordering Party is authorized, but not obligated, to submit an instruction to commence implementation of Scope No. 2. The Contractor will commence implementation of the optional scope if and after the Ordering Party submits an instruction to commence implementation of Scope No. 2. The Ordering Party may issue an instruction to commence implementation of the optional scope within 21 days of the date of acceptance of the first item of acceptance. 2) Implementation of Scope No. 2 will take place in accordance with the conditions specified in the ToR and its annexes, including the Draft Contract Provisions, constituting Appendix No. 9 to ToR 4. The detailed scope of the order and the terms of implementation are specified in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Order, constituting Appendix No. 8 to ToR.
