the Czarna Ha cza River including access roads The construction design for the reconstruction of the footbridge together with all disciplines should be developed in accordance with the Building Law and the Regulation of the Minister of Development of 11 September 2020 on the detailed scope and form of the construction design Journal of Laws of 2022 item 1679 as amended 2 A detailed description appropriate professional qualifications appropriate to the functions to be entrusted to them 4 Due to the fact that the documentation prepared by the Contractor will constitute a description of the subject of the contract constituting an annex to the Technical Specifications for the implementation of construction works under the Act of 11 September 2019 - Public Procurement Law the Contractor undertakes to prepare the documentation in such a way that it meets all the requirements of the Public Procurement Act 5 Design documentation regarding the description of the proposed materials and equipment should be prepared in accordance with Art 99 of the Public Procurement Law The subject of the procurement may not be described in a manner that could hinder fair competition in particular by
