Development of the green area at Ozimska and Reymonta Streets in Opole as part of the budget task entitled Protection of biodiversity in Opole and the Opole Agglomeration

The Miasto Opole in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for Development of the green area on Ozimska-Reymonta Streets in Opole, as part of the budget project entitled "Protection of Biodiversity in Opole and the Opole Agglomeration." The subject of the contract is the preparation of design documentation, obtaining all necessary approvals and permits, and, based on this documentation, obtaining an occupancy permit (if required), construction works consisting of the development of the green area on Ozimska-Reymonta Streets in Opole, as part of the budget project entitled "Protection of Biodiversity in Opole and the Opole Agglomeration." The work is to be performed in accordance with the Terms of Reference (TOR), the Functional-Utility Program, and the contract template with appendices. The Ordering Party does not require a deposit. The Ordering Party does not envisage procurements referred to in art. 214 sec. 1 item 7 of the Law. Order completion deadline: up to 8 months from the date of contract conclusion, no later than 30 April 2026. The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of partial bids. The contract is awarded in parts, each of which is the subject of a separate procedure. List of declarations or documents to be submitted by the Contractor with the bid: 1) "Tender Bid" form, prepared based on the template constituting an appendix to the Specifications of Terms of Reference. 2) Declaration by contractors jointly applying for the contract. Contractors jointly applying for a contract must submit a declaration together with their offer specifying which construction works, supplies, and services will be performed by individual contractors (Article 117, paragraph 4 of the Law). A template of the declaration is attached to the ToR. 3) Declaration of the contractor/contractor jointly applying for a contract regarding the grounds for exclusion from Article 5K of Council Regulation (EU) 833/2014 and Article 7, paragraph 1 of the Act on special measures to counteract support for aggression in Ukraine and to protect national security, submitted pursuant to Article 125, paragraph 1 of the Law. A template of the declaration is attached to the ToR. 4) Commitment of the entity, if the Contractor relies on its resources. In the case of demonstrating technical or professional capacity, which will be made available by another entity,The Contractor shall attach to its offer a commitment signed with a qualified electronic signature. A template of the commitment is attached to the ToR. 5) A declaration by the entity providing the resources regarding the grounds for exclusion under Article 5K of Council Regulation (EU) 833/2014 and Article 7 paragraph 1 of the Act on special measures to counteract support for aggression in Ukraine and to protect national security, submitted under Article 125 paragraph 1 of the Law. A template of the declaration is attached to the ToR. 6) An extract or information from the National Court Register, the Central Registration and Information on Business, or other relevant register to confirm that the person acting on behalf of the Contractor is authorized to represent it – if the Contractor does not provide the address of the website or other publicly available, free database with the Contractors registration data in the TENDER BID form. 7) Power of attorney, if the Contractor has appointed a representative; a power of attorney is mandatory in the case of a consortium.
