The Gmina Starachowice in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the contract is: Reconstruction and expansion of the parking lot together with the construction of a publicly accessible recreational park located at the School and Kindergarten Complex No. 3 in Starachowice. The scope of works includes: a) reconstruction and expansion of the parking lot located on the side of ul. Gliniana to 55 parking spaces, including the construction of parking lot lighting and the expansion of the storm sewer system. b) construction of a publicly accessible recreational park, including: ◦ removal of the running track, long jump station and shot put station ◦ removal of the existing three courts: basketball, volleyball and tennis court ◦ removal of existing “internal” fences, i.e. those belonging to sports equipment or the gym ◦ relocation of the playground (removal of the existing surface together with the substructure, fences around the existing playground, dismantling of the existing play equipment and reassembly at the construction site of the new playground. Construction of a new playground in the designated location and construction of a fence with a gate) ◦ relocation of the outdoor gym (removal of the existing surface together with the substructure, dismantling of the existing equipment and reassembly at the construction site of the new exercise playground) ◦ installation and construction of small-scale architecture for everyday recreation, i.e. installation of recreational equipment for children, including: a balance beam set, a rope climbing set, a low ropes course set, and outdoor trampolines; ◦ construction of childrens bike paths; ◦ installation of benches and seats, bicycle and scooter racks, and waste bins; ◦ construction of hardening surfaces and outdoor board games; ◦ construction of polyurethane and sand safety surfaces under the equipment; ◦ paving stone hardening surfaces (as pedestrian routes and paths); ◦ concrete hardening surfaces – some of the park paths, playgrounds, and hardening surfaces under the equipment, as well as for the installation of lighting fixtures; ◦ installation of solar lighting. NOTE: A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the bill of quantities and technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works – which constitute an annex to the Terms of Reference. The facilities created as a result of this contract are intended for all users; their parameters were designed based on applicable standards and regulations, which will facilitate movement after the investment is completed, particularly for people with mobility disabilities. The Ordering Party does not require, but allows for, the possibility of the Contractor conducting an on-site inspection prior to submitting a bid. Due to the fact that the contract involves work in a confined space, the Contractor may conduct an on-site inspection after prior consultation with the Ordering Party (milosz.golinski@starachowice.eu).
