Diesel fuel delivery

The Rybnik Public Transport Sp. z o. o. in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for Description of the subject of the order 1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of diesel fuel for the needs of Public Transport Rybnik sp. z o. o. 2. The order covers the delivery of diesel fuel in the following quantities (min / max): 252,000 liters / 450,000 liters over a 12-month period. The Ordering Party guarantees the execution of the contract within the minimum, guaranteed order volume of 252,000 liters. 3. The delivery volume means the planned target quantity for the entire order execution period. The Ordering Party allows for a reduction in the scope of the order. 4. Deliveries will be made to the tanks of the fuel station located in Rybnik, at 25d Lipowa Street. 5. The Ordering Party requires that the subject of the contract meet the quality requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 26 June 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels, and the parameters of the PN-EN 590:2026-01 standard. 6. Diesel fuel will be delivered in specialized tankers of appropriate capacity, equipped with a pump enabling diesel fuel delivery and a mobile measuring system for dispensing liquid fuels, meeting the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 27 December 2007 on metrological requirements to be met by measuring systems for continuous and dynamic measurement of quantities of liquids other than water, and the detailed scope of tests and checks performed during legal metrological control of these measuring instruments (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1619). The measuring system should have a valid legalization certificate issued by the relevant Office of Measures. 7. The Contractor will deliver the subject of the contract at its own expense. 8. Delivery will be made in batches, successively as needed by the Ordering Party, on working days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, within 24 hours from the moment (date and time) of placing the order electronically, between 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. will be treated as placed on the next working day. The driver making the delivery is obliged to have and present, upon request of an authorized employee of the Ordering Party, documents confirming the legalization of the road tanker (tank and measuring device) - a certified true copy of the documents is acceptable. A single delivery size is 2,000 – 10,000 liters. 9. The Contractor will attach to each delivery batch documents confirming compliance with the quality standards of the delivered fuel. If the description of the subject of the order contains references to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in art. 101 sec. 1 item 2 and sec. 3 of the Public Procurement Law, and such references were not accompanied by the phrase "or equivalent", the contracting authority accepts solutions equivalent to those described in any such standard, technical assessment, technical specification, or technical reference system. Therefore, it should be assumed that each: standard,Technical evaluation, technical specifications, and technical reference systems appearing in the description of the subject of the order are accompanied by the words "or equivalent."
