The Uniwersytet Jana Kochanowskiego w Kielcach in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1 The subject of the order is the delivery of control and research equipment i e PART 1 1 1 Mycotoxin GMO apparatus 1 piece PART 2 4 1 Grain seed sorter laboratory analyzer 1 piece 2 CPV code 38434000-6 Analyzers 39430000-8 Detection and analysis apparatus 38921000-7 Grain analyzers Other information applies to each part 3 The Contractor is obliged to perform the order on the terms and conditions described in the contract template constituting Appendix No 3 to the Technical Specifications 4 The Contractor will be obliged to - transport the delivered equipment to the ordering party s building within the city of Kielce - bring the delivered equipment to the rooms indicated by the ordering party - connect and start up the delivered equipment in order to demonstrate correct operation - provide warranty service during the warranty period at the place of use of the equipment on the terms specified in the agreement 5 The required warranty and guarantee period for the supplied equipment is specified in Appendix 1 to the Technical Specifications Offers with a warranty and guarantee period shorter than that specified in Appendix 1 will be rejected 6 The supplied equipment must be brand new without signs of use must come from current production i e must be manufactured no earlier than 2025 and cannot be subject to third-party rights 7 The supplied equipment must have the legally required approvals certificates and quality certificates and must meet all requirements of the standards specified by applicable law taking into account primarily its intended use 8 On the date of delivery the supplied equipment must have a warranty card an instruction manual in paper form and all necessary documents required for this type of equipment it must be equipped with all components connections cables etc necessary for commissioning and operation at the Ordering Party for the purpose for which it is purchased without the Ordering Party having to purchase additional components 9 All documents attached to the delivered subject of the contract must be drawn up in Polish in printed form user manual electronic version saved on a pendrive is preferred 10 All documents must be prepared in a way that ensures accessibility for people with disabilities in particular taking into account the principles arising from 1 the Act on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities of 4 April 2019 Journal of Laws 2019 item 848 as amended Journal of Laws 2023 item 511 2 the Act on ensuring accessibility for people with special needs of 19 July 2019 Journal of Laws 2019 item 1696 3 Accessibility standards for cohesion policy Annex No 2 to the Guidelines on the implementation of the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination including accessibility for people with disabilities and the principle of equal opportunities for women and men under EU funds 4 Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities drafted in New York in 2006 ratified by Poland in 2012 Item 1169 with tender notice no. 670665-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
