The contract has not been divided into lots due to the fact that the Ordering Party has a single electricity collection point. The Ordering Party does not allow partial bids. The Contractor will be required to complete the electricity supplier switching procedure and, on behalf of the Ordering Party, perform the activities necessary to commence electricity sales to the designated collection point. Throughout the contract execution period, the Contractor will be required to hold a valid electricity trading license and an agreement enabling the sale of electricity through the network of the distribution system operator appropriate for the electricity collection point. The Contractor will be responsible for commercial balancing of the electricity sold under the contract. Commercial balancing costs are included in the electricity price. The electricity purchased under the contract will be consumed by the Ordering Party for the needs of the end user. Sales of electricity will begin no earlier than after the successful completion of the supplier switching procedure and acceptance of the contract by the relevant DSO, and will be implemented by December 31, 2028.
