The Ordering Party provides for the RIGHT OF OPTION regarding package No. 7 - delivery of an additional 50 licenses, in accordance with Annex No. 1.1. to the specification - "Pricing Form" - using the OPTION RIGHT due to the fact that it is not possible to determine the target number of users at the initiation of the procedure. The decision to implement or abandon an optional order (option) is the sole responsibility of the Ordering Party. An optional order does not constitute an obligation on the Ordering Party to award it, nor does it constitute a basis for the Contractor to pursue claims for damages for failure to implement this optional order. This option right may be exercised by the Ordering Party in stages / partially / fragmented / successively, and may be exercised no later than during the term of the contract in this procedure.
