Okres subskrypcji wynosi 365 dni, liczonych od upływu okresu subskrypcji Oprogramowania dostarczonego w ramach zamówienia podstawowego. Zamawiający przewiduje dwukrotną możliwość skorzystania z opcji (w takim przypadku zapewniona jest ciągłość subskrypcji – okres nowej subskrypcji rozpoczyna się po zakończeniu okresu poprzedniej subskrypcji); b) zapewnienia Gwarancji zgodnie z wymaganiami Tomu II i III SWZ.
