Szczegółowy opis i zakres przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Załącznik Nr 1 do SWZ – Wykaz asortymentowo-ilościowy wraz z formularzem cenowym oraz projekt umowy stanowiący Załącznik Nr 3. Wykonawca jest zobowiązany zapoznać się z ww. dokumentami przed złożeniem oferty oraz do ewentualnego wyjaśnienia wszelkich wątpliwości w trybie zapytań do SWZ przed złożeniem oferty.
