The power of attorney must be attached to the offer; 4) Contractors jointly applying for the contract are jointly and severally liable for the performance of the contract; 5) The offer must be signed in such a way that it binds all contractors acting jointly; 6) All correspondence and settlements will be made with the contractor acting as the representative of the others (the leader); 7) If the offer of contractors jointly applying for the contract is selected, the ordering party may request a copy of the agreement regulating the cooperation of these contractors before concluding the public procurement contract; 8) Contractors jointly applying for the contract submit the Offer Form jointly. with tender notice no. 696456-2026 published on 09 Oct 2026.
