The subject of the order is a service consisting of: Emptying septic tanks and transporting liquid waste from the areas administered by the 16th Military Economic Unit in Drawsko Pomorskie: - part 1 Drawsko Pomorskie Security Group - part 2 Wałcz Security Group - part 3 Wałcz/Nadarzyce Area Security Group 2. The list of places and estimated quantities of waste transported which are the subject of the order is included in - "List of estimated quantities of liquid waste transported for 2027": Appendix No.: 1A (Drawsko Pomorskie Municipality), 1B (Wałcz Municipality), 1C (Wałcz Municipality/Nadarzyce Area). 3. Implementation date: From 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027. 4. Potential: 1) The Contractor is responsible for having the necessary decisions of the competent authorities permitting the emptying of septic tanks and the transport of liquid waste covered by the contract referred to in the Act of September 13, 1996, on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, issued by the competent municipal authorities, in the areas where the subject of the contract will be implemented. The Contractor is also responsible for disposing of liquid waste at the collection point and paying fees in this regard. a) Part 1 – the city and commune of Drawsko Pomorskie, the city and commune of Kalisz Pomorski; b) Part 2 – the city of Wałcz, the city and commune of Kalisz Pomorski; c) Part 3 – the commune of Jastrowie; 2) Having the appropriate technical potential. This condition will be deemed fulfilled if the Contractor submits to the Ordering Party, within 7 days of signing the contract, a declaration that it has at its disposal, in accordance with paragraph 5 item 3 of the Detailed Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract, vehicles and equipment that meet the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure on requirements for septic tankers, and an appropriate number of employees: a) The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to ensure that all vehicles declared to perform the above-mentioned service have a legalized/certified measuring system that will enable the actual measurement of the collected sewage, in units of measurement: liter/cubic meter, (at the request of the coordinator mentioned in §4 section 2 of the contract, consistent with the scope of the place of service performance, the Contractor will present a current document of legalization/certification of meters) b) vehicles adapted to travel on dirt roads, meadows and paved roads, c) employing an appropriate number of people and vehicles to reliably perform this service: for part 1 GZ Drawsko Pomorskie: - 2 vehicles for emptying septic tanks and transporting liquid waste - minimum 2 drivers, for part 1 GZ Wałcz: - 1 vehicle for emptying septic tanks and transporting liquid waste - minimum 1 driver, for part 1 GZ Wałcz/Nadarzyce area: - 1 vehicle for emptying septic tanks and transporting liquid waste - minimum 1 driver, 5. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the Annex to the SWZ. 11. The Ordering Party states thatthat the service implementation process involves emptying septic tanks and transporting liquid waste from areas administered by the 16th WOG in Drawsko Pomorskie, in accordance with an agreed and approved schedule (with the Ordering Partys coordinator in individual Security Groups). Emptying septic tanks involves travel to the service location, pumping out, transporting, and disposing of feces. During the service, the person performing the activity must pay particular attention to maintaining cleanliness around the tanks from which feces are collected. The service will be performed according to the schedule, at least once a week at all points indicated in the offer. Therefore, the work involves the performance of work by the above-mentioned persons in the manner specified in Art. 22 § 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974, the Labor Code.
