ENERGY-SAVING CITY LIGHTING IN JELENIA GÓRA – MODULE 1

The The city of Jelenia Góra in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the contract is the reconstruction of road lighting in Jelenia Góra using the “design and build” formula. 2. The scope of the contract is divided into 7 parts: Part I Reconstruction of lighting on Groszowa Street, Sobieskiego Street, Poznańska Street, Chrobrego Street, Mleczna Droga Street, Cardinal S. Wyszyński Square, Korczaka Street and Kasprowicza Street; Part II Reconstruction of lighting on Okrężna Street, Mała Street, Mickiewicza Street and Orzeszkowa Street; Part III Reconstruction of lighting on Głowackiego Street, Wyspiańskiego Street, Morcinka Street, Wrońskiego Street, Wyzwolenia Narodowej Street, Kossaka Street, Reja Street, Broniewskiego Street, Gielniaka Street, Wieniawskiego Street and Mickiewicza Street; Part IV Reconstruction of lighting on Piłsudskiego Street, Matejki Street and Teatralna Street; Part V Reconstruction of lighting on Miłosza Street, Grochowiaka Street, Neruda Street, Krasińskiego Street, Niemcewicza Street, Dąbrowskiego Street, Picassa Street, Pułaskiego Street, Czarnieckiego Street, Zakopiańska Street, Narutowicza Street, Stęczyńskiego Street, Ujejskiego Street, Starzyńskiego Street, Brezy Street, Bilewicza Street, Staszica Street, Tabaki Street, Fałata Street, Cervi Street and Cieplicka Street; Part VI Reconstruction of lighting on Krośnieńska Street, Łabska Street, Kamienna Street, Hirszfelda Street, Rudawska Street, Śnieżna Street and Rubinowa Street; Part VII Reconstruction of lighting on Karola Miarki Street and Spółdzielcza Street. 3. The material scope of the contract for each lot includes: 1) Stage I – development of design documentation based on this description of the subject of the contract and the Functional-Utility Program (FUP), along with obtaining the decisions and permits/approvals required by law, as well as submitting a notification of works that do not require a building permit and obtaining a certificate stating that there are no grounds for raising an objection to the notification. 2) Stage II – execution of construction works, based on the developed design documentation referred to in Stage I. 4. The contract is being carried out as part of the budget task entitled: "Energy-efficient urban lighting in Jelenia Góra – stage II." 5. The task is financed from funds of the National Plan for Recovery and Increased Resilience under Investment B3.4.1. "Investments for the green transformation of cities."
