The PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for The purpose of this order is to manage and supervise the implementation of the Investment Task, in particular: a) Performing the functions of the Engineer in accordance with the Agreement and the Construction Contract; b) Material and financial management, in particular comprehensive management of the Construction Contract in terms of their settlement, monitoring and material and financial reporting; c) Technical management, including performing the duties of the Investor’s Supervision Inspector for the Construction Contract; d) Management of the Construction Contract; e) Carrying out environmental supervision (in the scope of controlling the impact of the construction process, among others, on surface and underground waters, noise, air, ground surface, waste management, greenery management, control of the construction stage in terms of the use of efficient machines and equipment and their proper operation and maintenance, use of means of transport and machines without overloading and overloading them, removal of machines after the work is completed and in the event of a breakdown to a designated parking place) and environmental supervision, in accordance with the decision on environmental conditions, provisions agreeing the conditions of the project implementation and other administrative decisions in this respect.
