The Warszawski Uniwersytet Medyczny in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the contract is the execution of construction and installation works on part of the Medical Simulation Center building, Wing B, of the Medical University of Warsaw. The requirements related to the execution of the contract regarding the employment by the Contractor or Subcontractor based on an employment relationship of persons performing activities specified by the Ordering Party within the scope of the contract are specified in Volume II of the Technical Specifications. The above requirements specify in particular: a) the type of activities related to the performance of the contract to which the requirements of employment based on an employment relationship by the Contractor or Subcontractor of persons performing activities during the performance of the contract apply; b) the method of verifying the employment of these persons; c) the Ordering Party's powers to monitor the Contractor's compliance with the requirements related to the employment of these persons and sanctions for failure to meet these requirements. 3. Due to the specificity of the subject matter of the contract, based on art. 131 sec. 2 of the Act, the Ordering Party allows for the possibility of conducting an on-site visit after such a request has been notified. A request for an on-site visit should be submitted no later than 14 October 2026 on the eZamawiajacy purchasing platform available at: https://wum.ezamawiajacy.pl/pn/wum/demand/321491/notice/public/details 4. The Ordering Party does not reserve the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform key tasks related to construction works contracts. 5. The Ordering Party does not allow for the possibility of awarding the contracts referred to in art. 214 sec. 1 item 7) of the Public Procurement Law, consisting in the repetition of similar construction works, compliant with the subject of the contract. 6.
