Execution of forest management services on the territory of Głusko Forest Management in 2027

The State Treasury State Forests State Forests Głusko Forest District in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the order consists of forest management services in accordance with the definition in Article 6, paragraph 1, point . 1 of the Law of September 28, 1991, on Forests, covering works related to forest cultivation and forest protection, fire prevention, and the harvesting and felling of wood to be carried out on the Głusko Forest District in the year 2027. The order will be divided into 3 parts ("Packets"). The procurement procedure will be conducted in accordance with the rules set out for so-called "reversed procedure" as referred to in Article 139, paragraph 1, 3-4 of the Public Procurement Act (PZP). The Specification of Procurement Conditions (SWZ) constitutes the order documents. All other information is contained in the SWZ. A list of declarations and entity proof documents to demonstrate the absence of grounds for exclusion from the procurement procedure and compliance with the participation conditions will be included in the SWZ. The procuring entity will specify in the order documents (SWZ) the participation conditions, the entity proof documents required, which contractors will be obligated to submit to confirm compliance with the participation conditions and the absence of grounds for exclusion from the procurement procedure. With regard to each part (Packet), the procuring entity anticipates the possibility of awarding orders, as referred to in Article 214, paragraph 1, point 7) of the PZP, within a period of 3 years from the date of awarding the main order. The orders referred to in the previous sentence will consist of the repetition of services in accordance with the services constituting the subject of the order as well as similar services in terms of their technical execution. The scope of work (including the percentage) will be defined in the order documents. The preliminary announcement contains all information required for the procurement announcement, in the scope in which they were available at the time of publication of the preliminary announcement, which was transmitted to the European Union Publications Authority.
