The tenderer anticipates the possibility of issuing tenders, as referred to in art. 214 ust. 1 pkt 7) PZP, within a period of 3 years from the date of issuance of the basic tender. The scope of services constituting the subject of the tenders, as referred to in the previous sentence, shall not exceed 100% of the value of this tender. All important information regarding the tender will be contained in the Tender Conditions Specification together with the annexes forming an integral part of the tender. The tenderer is authorized to assign the contractor additional scope of services in relation to the total quantity of all activities priced in each of the items of the tender offer cost schedule forming part of the Offer ("Option"). The Option shall consist of the same (analogous) works as described in the SWZ and priced by the contractor in any of the items of the tender offer cost schedule forming part of the Offer. Within the Option, at the discretion of the tenderer, all, some or only one of the works indicated in the SWZ and priced by the contractor in the tender offer cost schedule forming part of the Offer may be assigned. The tender relates to a project/program financed by European Union funds: not. The period of validity of the contract will last from the date of signing the contract until 31.12.2027. If the contract is signed before the date of 01.01.2027, the start of order execution will take place from 01.01.2027. with tender notice no. 678334-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
