The State Treasury PGL LP Świeradów Forest District in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 3.1. The prepared project documentation must comply with the principle of "no significant harm" (DNSH) as defined in Article 17 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852 of the European Parliament and Council of 18 June 2020 on establishing a framework for promoting sustainable investments, amending Regulation (EU) 2019/2088, taking into account the scope of works and the nature of the investment. 3.3. The order subject has been divided into two parts: Part No. 1: "Preparation of project documentation and authors supervision for the task pn.: Erosion protection of a quarry path - construction of wooden barriers in the Lasek forest area within the project "Comprehensive project for adapting forests and forestry to climate change - small reservoir and water erosion control on mountainous areas - continuation (MRG3)" Part No. 2: "Preparation of project documentation and authors supervision for the task pn.: Erosion protection of quarry paths - construction of wooden barriers in the Czerniawa forest area within the project: "Comprehensive project for adapting forests and forestry to climate change - small reservoir and water erosion control on mountainous areas - continuation" (MRG3) The contractor may submit an offer for one or more Parts. An offer for a specific Part must, however, cover the entire scope of work specified in the SWZ for that Part. 3.4. In Annexes No. 2.1 and 2.1.1 of the SWZ, the tenderer indicates the locations of objects for which project documentation will be prepared for each Part of the order. 3.5. The order subject (each of its Parts) includes the execution of two tasks: a) Task No. 1 - preparation of project documentation, including obtaining a valid building permit decision or confirmation from the relevant authority that there are no grounds for objection to the submitted application for the commencement of construction works that do not require a building permit for the entire scope of work of the investment task for which project documentation should be prepared. Within Task No. 1, the tenderer plans the following stages: 1) Conducting a natural inventory 2) Preparing project documentation necessary for submitting a complete application for a building permit or notification of the intention to commence construction works that do not require a building permit for the entire scope of work of the investment task for which project documentation should be prepared 3) Obtaining a valid building permit decision or confirmation from the relevant authority that there are no grounds for objection to the submitted application for the commencement of construction works that do not require a building permit for the entire scope of work of the investment task for which project documentation should be prepared. b) Task No. 2 - supervision of construction works carried out based on the project documentation subject to this order.
