The Contractor is obligated to perform the contract under the terms and conditions specified in the draft contract constituting Appendix No. 5 to the terms and conditions of the contract. 5. The Ordering Party hereby informs that as part of the performance of the public procurement contract, it envisages the possibility of exercising option rights – detailed provisions regarding the exercise of options are included in the draft contract constituting Appendix No. 5 to the terms and conditions of the contract. 6. The Ordering Party hereby informs that, in accordance with Article Article 257 of the Act provides for the possibility of invalidating the procurement procedure if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intends to allocate to finance all or part of the procurement are not granted to it. with tender notice no. 680601-2026 published on 06 Oct 2026.
