For part 2 – Appendix No. 1b to the SWZ, which consists of the following documents: 1) Design documentation, including:  Land development design,  Architectural and Construction Design,  Technical Design for the electrical sector,  Permanent Traffic Organization Design, 2) DETAILED TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE EXECUTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF CONSTRUCTION WORKS - (STWIORB), 3) Connection conditions no. 25-H1/WP/01512 for Entity V of the connection group to the distribution network with a rated voltage of 0.4 kV, 4) Notification of construction or performance of other construction works, 5) Certificate of the Staroste of Biłgoraj stating that there are no grounds for raising an objection, 6) Bills of quantities. with tender notice no. 713386-2026 published on 15 Oct 2026.
