Expansion of the 220/110 kV Recław station to connect new facilities to the National Power System

The Polish Power Grids Joint Stock Company in Poland from Europe region had released this tender for 1. The subject of the Order is the expansion of the 220/110 kV Recław substation to connect new facilities to the National Power System, i.e. the performance of all activities, including design, formal and legal works and construction works (including the purchase and delivery of Equipment and Materials), necessary for the development of the field in the REC SE and the construction of the Rail Bridge together with a dedicated security building and an element not directly related to the construction of the bridge, i.e. the direct access to the station area. The construction of the Rail Bridge should be carried out in accordance with the guidelines for Rail Bridges (Appendix No. 3 to Part II of the SWZ - Functional-Utility Program (hereinafter referred to as the FUP). The Contractor will be responsible for preparing complete construction documentation, detailed documentation, obtaining a Building Permit, an Occupancy Permit, carrying out the Works, ensuring fault-free acceptance and preparing as-built documentation. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Part II of the SWZ - Functional-Utility Program. 3. Under the Order, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of exercising option rights. 4. Each time, in all cases in which the Ordering Party describes the subject of the Order by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in art. 101 sec. 1 item 2 and sec. 3 of the Act, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to the described ones if they allow for obtaining features or parameters not worse than the ones referred to. The above means that the Contractor may use the solutions described by the Ordering Party "or equivalent". 6. The Contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the Ordering Party is obliged to demonstrate that the supplies, services or construction works offered by him meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party. The condition for the use of equivalent solutions is written approval by the Ordering Party. Differences between the referenced standards and their equivalents must be precisely described by the Contractor and submitted to the Ordering Party during the implementation of the Order for approval. 7. The Ordering Party informs that an on-site inspection is mandatory for Contractors. Before Before submitting a bid, the Contractor must inspect the site where the work covered by the bid will be performed and familiarize themselves with the terms of the contract and any existing difficulties. Date of the site inspection: first date by August 27, 2026; second date by September 21, 2026. Access to the site for the site inspection requires registration of the site inspection participants by completing Appendices 1 and 2, as appropriate.3 to the Instructions for Granting and Supervising Access Permits and Controlling the Movement of Materials and Vehicles on the Premises of PSE SA Power Substations, and submitting them via the Purchasing Platform ("Questions/Information" tab) no later than 5 business days before the agreed-upon site visit date. Site visit location: RECŁAW Substation is located in RECŁAW. In the case of Contractors jointly applying for the contract, the presence of one of them is sufficient.
