The above means that the contractor may use the solutions described by the Ordering Party "or equivalent". 5. Pursuant to art. 101 sec. 5 of the Act, a Contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the Ordering Party is obliged to demonstrate that the supplies, services or construction works it offers meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party, provided that the Contractor proves in its tender, in particular using the relevant means of evidence referred to in art. 104-107 of the Act, that the proposed solutions meet the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the contract to an equivalent degree. with tender notice no. 711561-2026 published on 15 Oct 2026.
