Detailed scope of the subject of the order includes the Functional and Utility Program - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ z taking into account the changes resulting from Annex 1a to the SWZ - changes to the FFU. Other requirements specified in the draft contract - Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The task is co-financed by the Government Program Polish Order Fund: Strategic Investment Program. Required deadline for completing the item orders: up to 17 months from the date of conclusion of the contract. Contractor within the deadline referred to will prepare the abovementioned information within 45 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract conceptual design of 2 different variants of expansion of the Center for Active Social Integration based on the Functional and Utility Program attached to the SWZ. The Contractor grants to the Ordering Party quality guarantee for a period in accordance with the declaration included in the offer form - appendix No. 3 to the SWZ, however, for not less than 60 months and not longer than 84 months, counting from the date of receipt of the final subject of the contract. The Ordering Party pursuant to Art. 257 of the Public Procurement Act indicates that it may invalidate the contract award procedure if funds that the ordering entity intended to allocate to finance all or part of it orders under the above-mentioned sources of financing were not granted to him. with tender notice no. 742250-2023 published on 07 Dec 2023.
