The Ordering Party hereby informs that it has a building permit in accordance with decision no. 2251/26 of 17/07/2026 issued by the Poznań Staroste. 2. The Ordering Party hereby informs that the investment area is subject to archaeological research in accordance with archaeological research permit decision no. 190/C/2026. 3. Special conditions for securing the construction site and conducting construction works: construction works must be performed in accordance with the technical conditions and occupational health and safety rules applicable in the construction industry and the design agreements, and the construction site must be secured against unauthorized access. 4. The Ordering Party hereby informs that the implementation of the project: expansion and reconstruction of the "TARNOWSKIE TERMY" building, construction of slides, a water playground, and retaining walls, together with the necessary technical infrastructure, will take place alongside the existing Tarnowskie Termy Aquapark facility, with possible temporary inclusion of zones. 5. The Contractor must plan the work so as not to disrupt the core operations of the facility. 6. The Contractor is obliged to separate and secure the works/works enabling the operation of the facility. 7. At the same time, the Ordering Party indicates that the works on the expansion of the sauna area can only begin from September 2027. 8. The Ordering Party resigns from the construction of the electrolyzer (the Ordering Party has already replaced it). 9. The interior design of the new sauna is the Ordering Partys responsibility; after the Contractor has completed the work, the Ordering Party will carry out the interior design of the sauna (arrangement of benches, stove, lighting, sound system, ventilation). 10. Replacement of the CCTV recorder with a server - described in Appendix No. 1 - assortment table - parameters. 11. The Ordering Party informs that the newly constructed cabinets and infrastructure must be compatible with the existing ESOK system. 12. The Ordering Party does not commission the construction of a sidewalk of approx. 45 m2 (marked in red on the map [MT1.1] [MK1.2]) 13. The Ordering Party informs about the existing systems in the facility: - Fire control unit – BOSCH - Access control – Roger - ESOK – LSI Software (in 2027 the Ordering Party plans to change the ESOK system) Devices: Ventilation units – Menerga with tender notice no. 718495-2026 published on 16 Oct 2026.
