Food Delivery - Meat and Dairy

The 32nd Tactical Air Base in Łask in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The subject of the contract is the supply of food products to military garrisons located in Łask and Sieradz. 2. The contract has been divided into three lots: Lot 1: red meat, red meat cured meats, animal fats; Lot 2: poultry meat, poultry meat cured meats; Lot 3: dairy and dairy products. 3. The Ordering Party allows for the submission of partial bids, provided that the bid must include a quote for the entire product range constituting the subject of the contract within the selected lot. 4. Each Contractor may submit a bid for all or selected lots of the contract. The Ordering Party does not limit the number of lots that may be commissioned to a single Contractor. 5. The type and quantity of the ordered product range are included in the pricing form – Appendix 3 to the Technical Specifications. 6. The Contractor prepares a bid, specifying the unit prices of individual product ranges. The pricing form – Appendix 3 to the Technical Specifications will constitute the basis for financial settlements in the public procurement contract. 7. The Ordering Party is entitled to change the assortment specified in the Pricing Form – Appendix No. 3 to the Technical Specifications (TSQ) to a different assortment specified therein (reducing or increasing the quantity), provided that the value of the entire contract cannot increase. This change requires the preparation of an annex to the contract. 8. If the Ordering Party specifies the size of unit packaging for a given assortment, this information is included in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order, constituting Appendix No. 5 to the Technical Specifications (TSQ). The Ordering Party does not allow the use of substitute packaging for food products. A detailed description of the subject of the order (i.e., parameters, quality standards, and other requirements) is included in Appendix No. 5 to the Technical Specifications (TSQ). The delivered goods must meet the minimum quality requirements specified in this document. 9. The products must comply with the Polish Standards indicated in the TQ. The delivered products must be fresh, with a best-before date according to applicable standards, and be of first quality. The delivered food products must meet the requirements specified in applicable food law, in particular regarding health quality, storage conditions, transport, best-before dates or dates of minimum durability, and proper labeling. with tender notice no. 716021-2026 published on 16 Oct 2026.
