The procedure is conducted by the Representative of Pomorska Grupa Konsultingowa SA with its registered office in Bydgoszcz. 2. Contracts will be awarded by individual contracting authorities in accordance with the description in Chapters III.1, III.2, III.3, III.4 of the Technical Specifications. 3. The subject of the contract is the comprehensive supply of gaseous fuel – supply of high-methane natural gas with the symbol E together with distribution services, and nitrogen-rich natural gas with the symbol Ls together with distribution services. 4. CPV code: 09123000-7 – natural gas 65210000-8 – gas transmission 65200000-5 – gas transmission and similar services. 5. The contract will be awarded in four lots: Part 1 of the contract – Comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas, symbol E – tariff protection Part 2 of the contract – Comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas, symbol E – no protection Part 3 of the contract – Comprehensive supply of nitrogen-rich natural gas, symbol Ls – tariff protection Part 4 of the contract – Comprehensive supply of nitrogen-rich natural gas, symbol Ls – no protection. The contractor may submit an offer for any number of lots. 6. Details regarding gas fuel consumption and distribution parameters at individual PPGs are described in Appendix 1a, 1b, 1c, and 1d to the SWZ – List of PPG gas collection points. Data are indicative. The estimated volume of the subject of the contract was determined based on historical data (consumption at facilities over the last 12 months, taking into account possible changes in facility use). The contractor should take into account possible fluctuations in consumption, e.g., due to weather conditions, which the contracting authority is unable to predict. Reducing or increasing the quantity of gas fuel will not entail any consequences for the ordering party (recipients), other than the obligation to pay for the actual quantity of gas consumed and the transmission service in accordance with the applicable DSO Tariff. 7. The Ordering Party hereby informs that if the Distribution System Operator questions the tariff groups indicated in the procedure at the time of submitting the contract for implementation, the ordering party agrees to adjust the tariff groups to those applicable at the DSO. 8.Recipients are not bound by contracts/promotional offers. 9. Based on the granted Power of Attorney, the Contractor will be obligated to submit the contract to the Distribution System Operator (DSO) on its own behalf and on behalf of the ordering parties (recipients) in accordance with applicable regulations, and to represent them before the DSO in the supplier switching process. 10. The Ordering Party will apply Article 139, Section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, i.e., it will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then subjectively qualify the contractor whose offer received the highest score, in terms of the absence of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure. with tender notice no. 700471-2026 published on 12 Oct 2026.
