The Gorzów Wielkopolski City Hall in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 1. The Contracting Parties described in Chapter I of the Public Procurement Contracts are jointly conducting a public procurement procedure (Article 38 of the Public Procurement Act). The City of Gorzów Wielkopolski is the authorized Contracting Party – Purchasing Group Leader. 2. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the period from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027. The contract will be awarded in three parts. The Contractor may submit an offer for any number of lots: 1) Part 1 of the contract – Supply of electricity to premises and facilities – other tariff groups 2) Part 2 of the contract – Supply of electricity to premises and facilities – tariff group B 3) Part 3 of the contract – Supply of electricity for street lighting. A detailed description of the individual parts of the contract can be found in Chapters III.1, III.2, III.3 of the Public Procurement Contracts. The Contracting Party does not have consolidated daily and hourly data. 3. Data regarding the amount of electricity to be purchased is indicative. The amount of electricity was estimated based on historical data on electricity consumption over a 12-month period, taking into account planned changes in usage and actions taken by the contracting authority, as referred to in Article 37 of the Act of October 7, 2022, on special solutions to protect electricity consumers in 2023 and 2024 in connection with the situation on the electricity market and the estimated amount of electricity generated in generating installations. The contractor should take into account possible fluctuations in electricity consumption. Reducing or increasing the amount of electricity will not entail any consequences for the contracting authority (recipient), other than the need to pay for the actual amount of electricity consumed and distribution services in accordance with the applicable DSO Tariff. The indicated estimated amount of energy is the amount the contracting authority intends to purchase, taking into account the amount of electricity generated internally and consumed through self-consumption. with tender notice no. 702710-2026 published on 12 Oct 2026.
