Granting a loan to the Bychawa Commune in the amount of PLN 4 818 000 00

The Gmina Bychawa in Poland from Europe region has released this tender for 4 1 The subject of the contract is to grant the Bychawa Commune a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 4 818 000 00 to finance the municipal budget deficit and repayment of previously incurred liabilities 4 2 Detailed terms of the contract including the quality requirements referred to in art 246 sec 2 of the Public Procurement Law 1 The loan value is up to PLN 4 818 000 00 The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the amount of the loan granted - minimum loan amount is PLN 1 000 000 00 In the event of a reduction in the loan amount a proportional reduction in the loan installments repaid by the Ordering Party is required 2 The loan will be made available to the Ordering Party after signing the agreement 3 The loan will be used by December 30 2026 on request i e on the basis of a written instruction from the Ordering Party submitted 1 business day before the date of transfer of the loan funds to the Ordering Party s account 4 The Ordering Party reserves the right to disburse the loan in one or more tranches depending on the Ordering Party s needs up to the maximum amount specified in the agreement 5 The Ordering Party does not allow the Contractor to charge any additional fees or bank commissions on the unused portion of the loan 6 Repayment of the principal will be made in quarterly installments in accordance with the attached schedule constituting Appendix 1 to the ToR If the loan or interest repayment date falls on a Saturday or a public holiday the due date will be deemed met if repayment is made on the first business day after the due date specified in the loan agreement 7 The loan interest rate is variable calculated for each interest period based on the interest rate on bank deposits 3M WIBOR from the last business day of the month ending the previous quarter plus the m margin constant during the loan term 8 The loan interest rate constitutes the loan service costs 9 The Ordering Party reserves the right to early repayment of all or part of the loan without the bank collecting the remaining interest and additional fees and commissions related to loan servicing in such case the loan repayment schedule and deadline will change 10 Interest will be repaid on the dates described in the loan repayment schedule constituting Appendix No 1 to the ToR the first interest payment will be made on December 30 2026 11 Interest accrued on the loan amount is not capitalized the actual calendar should be used to calculate interest on the loan when calculating interest it is assumed that a year has 365 days and the interest period has the actual number of days with tender notice no. 666381-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
